1. Telford Plaza Shopping Fest 2024 “Telford Plaza Day-Day Rewards” ( collectively, the“Event”) is held by MTR Corporation Limited (香港鐵路有限公司)
   
2. Shoppers must download the latest“MTR Mobile”mobile application (If shoppers fail to download or open the app, “MTR Mobile” may not be supported by this mobile phone device) and sign up as Registered Users with email and mobile number. Each valid email address and mobile number can only be registered once only. Please download and update to the latest mobile version and operating system from time to time, otherwise, users may not be able to use eCoupon.
   
3. Registered users of MTR Mobile must allow MTR Mobile App to access the camera function of the device to use eCoupon. The setting can be modified in (Settings > MTR Mobile > allow access to Camera).
   
4. The game can only support the following mobile internet browsers: Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Samsung Internet.
   
5. The promotion period of the event will be from 26 April - 19 May 2024. The opening time of the game will be from 12nn to 9pm everyday during the promotion period.
   
6. Each Registered User of MTR Mobile can only participate ONCE in each day of lucky draw. The reward must be redeemed in MTR Mobile app on or before 20 May 2024.
   
7. Registered Users of MTR Mobile are required to visit Telford Plaza 1 or Telford Plaza 2 and open the AR game page in MTR Mobile App. Tap“Camera” function and“authorize GPS function” to participate in the AR game. If MTR Mobile registered users do not authorize the “Camera” function and “GPS function”, the game cannot be proceeded. Participants must “catch” the assigned animation image to join the lucky draw. All gifts are randomly picked out and immediately shown on the game page. Participants will need to follow the instructions to redeem the gift at the MTR Mobile App.

16. HK$20 Telford Plaza Gifts, Books & Stationery eCoupon (Spend HK$100 save HK$20) is only applicable to participating shops of Gifts, Books & Stationery category at Telford Plaza. Each eCoupon can only be used at participating merchants of Telford Plaza upon every spending of HK$100 or above. A maximum of 1 eCoupon can be used each time. Other eCoupons cannot be used at the same time.

19. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, other goods or services in any circumstances.

20. Telford Plaza will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception, blocking by third party applications, incomplete/ inaccurate/ missing information provided by customers or software incompatibility problems that caused customers cannot enter the game page or MTR Mobile App to join the event.

21. Telford Plaza will not be liable for any issue of the game arising in any way from or in connection with the customer’s telecommunication operators that affects the accuracy of the location tracking GPS function of their mobile devices.

22. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Each mobile number can only be registered by one MTR Mobile registered user. Holding more than one membership accounts by the same individual or by any means to hack and/or amend computer software to redeem eCoupon to spend at shop will not be accepted absolutely. Telford Plaza and merchants shall have the absolute right to refuse any eCoupon(s) of such registered user. Telford Plaza also shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately, suspend or terminate such membership, forfeit all credits earned and terminate redemption qualification including those eCoupons and eVouchers already redeemed at merchants. Telford Plaza shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from redeeming or using eCoupon improperly.

23. This program is subjected to the terms and conditions of “MTR Point Scheme” and “MTR Malls eCoupon”, should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 24. In case of any disputes, the decision of Telford Plaza Management Office shall be final.

25. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
