* Each registered user can redeem the Reward 1 for max. 5 times and Reward 2 for max. 3 times only during the promotion period, quota applies, while stock lasts.  This offer is applicable on sales receipts submitted via “Self-earn” of MTR Mobile app and Redemption Counter. From 26 Apr to 19 May 2024, MTR Mobile Registered Users are required to register with the machine printed sales receipts (each receipt representing a single transaction) and corresponding electronic payment slip (if applicable) or screencap of the electronic payment transaction within thirty (30) days from date of the Eligible Transaction (as per the date stated on the machine-printed receipts on or before 11:59pm, 30 April 2024 (whichever is earlier) and earn the “MTR Points” successfully. All MTR Points earned will be expired on 3 May, 2024 and cancelled at midnight of 4 May, 2024. For receipt(s) on or before 30 April 2024, user(s) shall upload valid receipt(s) on the day and earn the “MTR Points” successfully to participate the promotion. Terms and Conditions

  1. Shoppers must download the latest “MTR Mobile” mobile application (If shoppers fail to download or open the app, “MTR Mobile” may not be supported by this mobile phone device) and sign up as Registered Users with email and mobile number. Each valid email address and mobile number can only be registered once only. Please download and update to the latest mobile version and operating system from time to time, otherwise, users may not be able to use eCoupon.

  2. Shoppers must allow MTR Mobile to access the camera function of the device to use eCoupon. The setting can be modified in (Settings > MTR Mobile > allow access to Camera).

  3. Electronic spending includes credit cards, EPS, Octopus, AliPay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, QuickPass, Tap & Go, Faster Payment System (FPS), Payme, OpenRice pay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap.584). HK$100 Telford Plaza Designated Categories eCoupon applicable to participating Fashion, Kids Wear, Shoes & Bags, Sports, Optical, Beauty, Watch & Jewellery, Electronics & Telecommunications and LOUDER Physical Store at Telford Plaza. Each eCoupon can only be used at participating merchants of the designated malls upon every spending of HK$300 or above. This eCoupon is valid until from 1 May to 30 June 2024.

  10. HK$100 Telford Plaza Fashion eCoupon applicable to participating Fashion, Kids Wear, Shoes & Bags, Sports, Optical shops at Telford Plaza. Each eCoupon can only be used at participating merchants of the designated malls upon every spending of HK$300 or above. This eCoupon is valid until 31 May 2024.

  11. HK$100 Telford Plaza Beauty eCoupon applicable to participating Beauty shops at Telford Plaza. Each eCoupon can only be used at participating merchants of the designated malls upon every spending of HK$300 or above. This eCoupon is valid until 31 May 2024.

  12. HK$100 Telford Plaza Sports eCoupon applicable to participating Sports shops at Telford Plaza. Each eCoupon can only be used at participating merchants of the designated malls upon every spending of HK$300 or above. This eCoupon is valid until 31 May 2024.

  13. HK$100 Telford Plaza Household, Department Store, LOUDER eCoupon applicable to participating Household, Department Store, LOUDER shops at Telford Plaza. Each eCoupon can only be used at participating merchants of the designated malls upon every spending of HK$300 or above. This eCoupon is valid until 31 May 2024.
  14. HK$100 Telford Plaza Watch & Jewellery and Electronics and Telecommunication eCoupon (Spend HK$1,000 save HK$100) is applicable to participating Watch & Jewellery and Electronics & Telecommunications shops at Telford Plaza. Each eCoupon can only be used at participating merchants of Telford Plaza upon every spending of HK$1,000 or above. This eCoupon is valid until 31 May 2024.
  15. Reward 2 - HK$100 Telford Plaza Fashion and Beauty eCoupon applicable to participating Fashion, Kids Wear, Shoes & Bags, Sports, Optical and Beauty shops at Telford Plaza. Each eCoupon can only be used at participating merchants of the designated malls upon every spending of HK$300 or above. This eCoupon is valid until from 1 May 2024 to 30 June 2024.
  16. Each registered user can redeem 5 sets of HK$200 Telford Plaza eCoupon or 3 set of HK$6,000 Telford Plaza eCoupon only during promotion period. Please refer to Terms and conditions of eCoupon in MTR Mobile. MTR Malls reserve the right to amend and change concerning the eCoupon or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  17. Shoppers can visit MTR Malls website for the latest updated shop categories and participating merchants. Spending less than HK$200 are not eligible to this promotion. Users are entitled to earn 1 Point for every HK$1 spent. Should there be any decimal place(s) in the Points earned as a result, such Points will be rounded off to the nearest integer.

  18. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Each mobile number can only be registered by one MTR Mobile registered user. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number or holding more than one membership accounts by the same individual or by any means to hack and/or amend computer software to redeem eCoupon to spend at shop will not be accepted absolutely. MTR Malls and merchants shall have the absolute right to refuse any eCoupon(s) of such registered user. MTR Malls also shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately, suspend or terminate such membership, forfeit all credits earned and terminate redemption qualification including those eCoupons and eVouchers already redeemed at merchants. MTR Malls shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from redeeming or using eCoupon improperly.

  19. MTR Points will not be granted on any unregistered, void, and partially or fully refunded transactions.

  20. Only Machine printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slip or screencap of the electronic payment transaction must clearly showing the name of qualifying Merchants, shop address, invoice number, transaction date, amount of the transaction, product information and sales record will be accepted. All damaged or modified receipts will be forfeited.  Receipts with the abovementioned information being masked, any receipts of cash or cash voucher payments, photocopied or handwritten receipts will not be accepted for this Promotion. Machine printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips or screencap of the electronic payment transaction must be in the name of the Registered User of MTR Mobile account. Otherwise, MTR Points and eCoupon will not be granted. For verification purpose, staff at the redemption counter or management office counter reserves the right to capture the images of original machine printed sales receipts and electronic payment slips provided by the Registered Users and will stamp on them. No alteration or change of the receipts will be allowed once verified.

  21. Receipts from the following shops or services or transactions are not counted as Eligible Transaction or entitled to earn MTR Points: Any non-designated electronic payment, temporary promotional booths, online shopping / takeaway order platform, online payment (including collect in store) or transfer, purchase and usage of gift vouchers / coupons / gift cards / stored-value cards, reload of stored-value cards(except game centre), bill payments, autopay, bank, foreign currency exchanges, insurance and value-added services, property rental and sale, other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, clothing adjustment, repair services, goods delivery, dismantling services, installation services, postal services etc.), betting, school fees, purchase of travel or transport or entertainment related tickets fees or charges, 999.9 gold and gold savings club (not including decorated gold).

  22. For the interests of the cardholder and shopper, staff at the redemption counter or management office reserves the authority to request the original receipts for record and verification. Staff will immediately stamp the receipt and electronic payment slip as confirmation, and there will be no changes once the information is verified and registered.
  23. Upon gift redemption, registered users should check the gift and the total amount of updated MTR Points at the time of redemption. Once the gift redemption procedure is completed, the gift and MTR Points will not be returned or changed. Any cash vouchers or discount vouchers that may be redeemed as gifts/ rewards under the captioned Promotion shall not be refunded or redeemable for cash.
     
  24. This program is subjected to the terms and conditions of MTR Point Scheme, should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail.   25. Staff of Telford Plaza Management Office/ Marketing Office and shops are not allowed to join the promotion in case of any disputes.
  26. In case of any disputes, the decision of Telford Plaza, management office shall be final.

  27. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
