Located in Kowloon Bay for 45 years, Telford Gardens and Telford Plaza, as first railway property development of MTR Corporation, have consistently driven the rapid economic and social development of the community. Since this August Telford Plaza had launched a series of vibrant events as celebration, with the finale- “Telford 45th Anniversary Celebration Party,” will be held on October 18, 2025, at the Podium of Telford Gardens in Kowloon Bay, inviting public to join the celebration for the success of the Telford Community with MTR.

Telford Community Vibrancy Showcase (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

A variety of performance groups will take the stage, presenting dynamic dance, song, and creative acts, showcase Telford’s strong community spirit with celebrative vibes.

Telford 45th Anniversary Celebration Party (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

Renowned singer Hins Cheung will deliver a captivating performance, joined by the electrifying girl group VIVA and the rhythmic street band The Flame. With non-stop energetic performances, this joyous event will engage the audience and provide a dazzling finale to Telford’s 45th anniversary celebrations.
