New Parking Privileges are valid from 1 Sep 2023 till further notice. Customers must present no more than two valid original computer receipt(s) with correspondence e-payment slip(s) from tenants of Telford Plaza for redemption.
Terms and Conditions
- Free parking is applicable in Hourly Carpark at Telford Plaza 1,2, Car Park D.
- Shoppers are required to present no more than two original same-day electronic sales receipt(s) and the corresponding original electronic payment slips from purchase made at MTR Malls designated shops to enjoy parking privileges. Shoppers must present the receipts through the MTR Mobile App and the Customer Service Centre. Shoppers must present the valid original computer receipt(s) from MTR Mall’s tenants for redemption. Any receipts of cash and cash voucher payment and counterfoil of EPS or credit card, handwritten receipts, outdated, defaced, amended, damaged, photocopied or bill payment receipts will not be accepted. Photocopied or duplicated receipts will not be valid.
- If Shoppers wish to use electronic payment to enjoy parking privileges, they must present a valid electronic payment slip for same-day purchases of specified amounts at designated merchants in MTR Malls, and make eligible electronic payments at the designated merchants using approved electronic payment methods (including credit cards, EPS, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay QuickPass, Tap & Go, FPS, PayMe, OpenRice Pay and any other stored value payment instruments governed by the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Chapter 584)), along with the original electronic receipt and screenshot of the electronic currency payment confirmation or relevant electronic currency transaction record to enjoy the free parking redemption.Shoppers are required to provide the transaction record in their mobile or credit card for checking for some of the electronic payments, upon request.
- Shoppers must use the same payment tool (e.g. Octopus, credit card) to enter and exit the car park in order to redeem free parking.
- The calculation of free parking privilege is based on the drive-in time of the vehicle. For every additional hour parked beyond the free parking privilege, the prevailing parking fee will be duly charged onwards. Parking less than an hour will be also calculated as 1 hour.
- Original same-day electronic sales receipts and the corresponding original electronic payment slips or 2 same-day MCL Telford Cinema movie tickets (only applicable to Mon-Fri, except Public Holidays), must be presented to Customer Service Centre to redeem Cinema Parking Privileges and After 6 · Night Parking Privileges.
- For each set of valid receipt is applicable to one vehicle. Each vehicle is eligible for a total maximum of 2 redemptions per day. Each parking ticket can redeem the parking privilege one time only.Unless specified, parking offers cannot be combined with other parking offers.
- For each set of valid receipt is applicable to one vehicle only. Double redemption using same set of valid receipt is not allowed. Shoppers will be requested to settle any outstanding parking fee if the redemption is found invalid.
- This offer is not applicable to any unregistered, cancelled, revoked transactions.
- In case there is, in our opinion, any fraud relating to or abuse of the free parking redemption services, MTR Malls Management Office reserves the right to suspend the provision of free parking redemption to such customer until the outstanding balance of the parking fee is settled.
- Receipts from the following shops or services or transactions are not counted as Eligible Transaction or entitled to enjoy free parking privileges:
- Any non-designated electronic payment, temporary promotional booths, online shopping / takeaway order platform (including online shopping transaction which is paid at the physical shop) , online ticketing (excluding online purchase of movie tickets from Emperor Cinemas), online payment (including collect in store) or transfer, purchase and usage of cash coupons / gift vouchers / coupons / gift cards / stored value cards or cards of similar nature (Note: including without limitation the cost and non-refundable deposits of the concerned vouchers / coupons / gift cards / stored value cards which are all not entitled to enjoy parking privileges. Regardless of whether the concerned vouchers / coupons / gift cards and stored value cards are with or without pre-loaded value, they are not entitled to earn MTR Points), reload of stored value cards (except game centre), bill payments, autopay, bank, foreign currency exchanges, insurance and value-added services, property rental and sale, domestic services, other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, repair services, goods delivery, dismantling services, installation services), betting, school fees, purchase of travel or transport or entertainment related tickets fees or charges, 999.9 gold and gold savings club (not including decorated gold). - MTR Malls reserves the right to scan shoppers' electronic sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only.
- Shoppers are responsible for ensuring that the redemption is completed, and the parking privileges is successfully redeemed. Otherwise, shoppers will be required to pay for parking fee and will not be refunded.
- MTR Malls will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by third-party access to MTR Mobile and/or stolen or lost personal mobile devices.
- For Hourly Carpark user, in the case of loss of an Octopus Card or VISA Card, they must fully settle the actual parking fee in accordance with the mall’s parking record. Any Cash Voucher, discount coupon or car parking privilege will NOT be accepted to offset the charge.
- The free parking cannot be split, transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash or cash-equivalent coupons.
- Shoppers should follow the rules and regulations of Carpark Service.
- MTR Malls Management Office reserves the rights to terminate or amend the terms and conditions of Complimentary Parking without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of MTR Malls Management Office shall be final.
- The Chinese version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these T&C.
【Holiday Parking Privilege】
1.【Holiday Parking Privilege】Promotion is valid from 15-Mar 2025 to 31-Aug 2025 Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. Maximum of 4 hours of free parking hours per each car.
2.【Holiday Parking Privilege】Promotion is applicable in Hourly Carpark at Telford Plaza 1,2, Car Park D.
3. Shoppers are required to present no more than one original same-day electronic sales receipt and the corresponding original electronic payment slips from purchase made at Telford Plaza designated shops. Customers must present the valid original computer receipt(s) from Telford Plaza’s tenants for redemption. Any receipts of cash and cash voucher payment and counterfoil of EPS or credit card, handwritten receipts, outdated, defaced, amended, damaged, photocopied or bill payment receipts will not be accepted. Photocopied or duplicated receipts will not be valid.
4. Receipts of the following shops or services are NOT applicable to this promotion : Any non-designated electronic payment, temporary promotional booths, online shopping / takeaway order platform, online payment (including collect in store) , MTR shops, any repayment, transfer, purchase and usage of gift vouchers / coupons / gift cards / stored-value cards, reload of stored-value cards (except game centre), bill payments, autopay, bank, foreign currency exchanges, insurance and value-added services, property rental and sale, other non-retail related spending (for instance: care and maintenance services, repair services, goods delivery, dismantling services, installation services), betting, school fees, purchase of travel or transport or entertainment related tickets fees or charges, 999.9 gold and gold savings club (not including decorated gold).
5. Each Car can only enjoy the 【Holiday Parking Privilege】Promotion twice per day.
6. 【Holiday Parking Privilege】Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with regular free parking privilege.
7. Vehicles must enter the designated parking lot during the 【Holiday Parking Privilege】Promotion period and complete the purchase and registration procedures before 23:59 to enjoy the discount.
8. Parking fee of additional hours will be charged on hourly basis exclude the free parking privilege. Parking less than an hour will be also calculated as 1 hour.
